My coaching certification is based off the Co-Active Model. meaning Active Collaboration ”. This approach coaches your purpose (your way of being) and forward action and/or change (movement). I bring coaching skills into all of my services to better serve you. That is we’ll create a bold and honest relationship from the start and together we will work through the situation you are inquiring about.
My coaching is about discovering something you didnt know was there being aware of the multitude of things that affect your life and the choices you make that serve you and dont serve you. Its about being in the moment... the here and now. Its about living your authentic self and honoring your values. We will create a relationship to empower you to recognize the realities of being stuck. As you make life choices I will be there to encourage and support you. Through our work together you will experience problem solving you will reach new goals and find out whats truly holding you back.
My readings are based off the energy that is being put into a situation or intent. My readings come from a place of love and compassion. I will help you confirm move forward and create shifts. I have a professional Life Coaching perspective and together we’ll explore the energy surrounding your intent or question. Very often during my readings I am able to pick up outside energies that is energy of other people in your life both living and who have crossed over. However spirit guides me I am open to its presence and direction. You are going to get what you need not what you want. Bottom line is this… don’t be surprised if a loved one comes through with a message for you. I am highly sensitive to those who have crossed and the guardian angels that surround you

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the esteemed Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a member of the International Coach Federation as well as Holistic Chamber of Commerce member and adhere to their high ethical standards
I have a 20 year history in creative improvisational and performance leadership roles including producing directing and team operations leadership. I am a co-founder and co-creator of Creative Agility improvisational programs that stretch the boundaries of creativity intuition and connection with others. I am a certified Reiki practitioner.
